The Standalone Workflow STEPS (Without a Computer Attached)

Prepare the Model File:Slicing prerequisite. Slice your 3D model using Anycubic Slicer on a PC or laptop, then export the sliced G-code file onto a USB flash drive formatted to FAT32.
Load the USB Drive: Physical connection. Insert the USB flash drive into the front USB port on the Kobra S1 printer body.
Prepare Filaments:Spool setup. Load your chosen filament spools into the ACE 2 Pro unit. Feed the filament ends into the designated ceramic ports until the internal gear motor grabs and holds them.
Select File on Touchscreen: On the 4.3-inch touchscreen, tap Print, select USB Drive, and tap on your sliced G-code file to open the pre-print menu.
Assign Colors & Slots: Map the colors/materials in your file to the corresponding spool slots (1–4) in the ACE 2 Pro directly on the touchscreen display.
Enable Automated Pre-Print Routines: Check the toggles for Auto-Leveling, Flow Calibration, and ACE 2 Pro Active Drying (if handling moisture-sensitive materials like PETG or PA).
Start Print Job: Tap Confirm / Print. The printer will automatically heat the bed and nozzle, run its LeviQ 3.0 auto-leveling and Z-offset checks, perform flow compensation, and execute the print independently.
Monitor & Clear Print Bed: Track progress directly on the touchscreen interface. Once complete, wait for the build plate to cool before flexing the magnetic PEI sheet to remove the finished object.
